Hummer Crashing Jeep Jamboree?

According to Jalopnik,
Hummer is considering a Jeep Wrangler competitor, dubbed H4, Automotive News says the GM brand plans to show off a conceptual version of that very truck at the Detroit show in January. Production, AN, says, is assured for the 2010 model year, though there's still no word on which architecture the H4 would be built.

Word is, it'll have more serious off-road capabilities than its H2 and H3 siblings. And by that, we mean "some."
